Sound meditation with Tibetan bells: a journey between body, mind and vibration.

An invitation to slow down, to listen, to find ourselves.
Through the enveloping sound of Tibetan bells, this meeting takes us into a state of deep relaxation and presence, where body and mind return to dialogue.

According to Indian tradition, everything originated from sound: a primordial vibration, called OM, from which everything was born and to which everything tends to return. The sound waves of Tibetan bells, rich in harmonics and resonances, guide us to a silent and deep inner space, promoting well-being, listening and meditation.

After the meditative practice, connected to our feeling, we will open ourselves to a spontaneous gesture: we will welcome an image, a sign, a trace... without judgment, giving form to what vibrates within.

No artistic experience or familiarity with meditation is required. The activity is open to all.

Participants are invited to bring their own yoga mat and, if they wish, a pillow and blanket. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
