Ticketing:
Registration is required. This allows you to receive updates on purchased events and notifications in case of unforeseen events, such as cancellations or postponements.

Click on ‘login’ at the top right, enter your e-mail and password, or log in during purchase when prompted.
Click on ‘forgot password?’ enter your e-mail and follow the link you will receive to create a new one. Also check the Spam box. If you do not receive anything, please write to biglietteria@laclugano.ch for assistance.
Log in to your profile, click on your name at the top right and select “User Profile” or “My Orders”. From here you can edit data, check orders, return tickets and cancel bookings for free events.
The voucher number must be entered after the selection of seats, in the verification and payment phase of the order in the appropriate field. Please ensure that the voucher has not expired or has not already been redeemed. If the value of the voucher exceeds the purchase, you will receive a new voucher with the remaining amount together with the order confirmation, which you can use for your next purchase. If you need assistance, please contact biglietteria@laclugano.ch.
Online the discount code must be entered after seat selection on the payment page in the appropriate field. Enter the code in capital letters and numbers, press ‘Redeem’ and complete the payment. Discounts are not cumulative and do not apply to tickets already purchased.
Tickets are non-refundable, but you can transfer them to a third party. Only free tickets or tickets included in the LAC+ membership must be cancelled if not used.

Yes, by paying a price difference (if applicable) and an administrative fee of CHF 5 per ticket. An exchange is only possible if there are seats available. To do so, please contact the ticket office biglietteria@laclugano.ch.
Yes, but only for a price increase (e.g. from child to adult). The change must be made at the ticket office in advance, at least 45 minutes before the start of the performance.
Odd numbers are on the left, even numbers on the right. For example, 15 and 17 are next to each other, as are 4 and 6. More information on seat selection.
If no age limit is indicated on the event page, yes, after purchasing a reduced ticket. However, should your child disturb other spectators, the staff may ask you to leave the hall.
It depends, generally the modalities of participation are indicated on the event page.
Log in, click on your name and then on “my orders”, then on “tickets” and finally on “cancel tickets”. You can only cancel orders for free tickets or tickets included in the LAC+ membership, this is welcome and allows other people to participate, thank you for your cooperation.
Hospitality and Services:
You can buy a parking ticket for CHF 4 in the lobby, or use the ParkingPay app to enter and exit without going through the cashier.
The duration is indicated on the event page:
- Desktop: to the right under the icon for purchasing tickets.
- Mobile: at the bottom of the event tab.
You can buy tokens at the Luini6 refreshment points, which will enable faster service.
- White token (3 CHF): coffee, snacks.
- Black token (5 CHF): soft drinks, beer.
- Gold token (9 CHF): glass of wine or prosecco.
Found objects are kept by the ticket office for 14 days. After this period, valuables are handed over to the Lugano Police.
