LAC gift vouchers can be used for all theatre, dance and music performances organised by LAC, for concerts by the Orchestra della Svizzera italiana, or for admission to MASI exhibitions. Some gift vouchers may, however, be limited to specific performances or to individual organisers; these limitations will be indicated on the voucher itself and communicated to the customer.
LAC gift vouchers are valid for two years from the date of issue and are non-refundable.
Gift vouchers can be redeemed at the ticket office, by telephone or online. For online redemption, the value of the voucher must be at least equal to the amount to be paid.
