In the event of the interruption of a performance, ticket holders are only entitled to a refund if this occurs before the first intermission or, in the case of a performance without an intermission, before half of the planned duration of the performance. Claims must be asserted in the same way as in the case of cancellation.
Once the performance has started, access to the auditorium will be regulated by the personnel in charge and the availability of the chosen seat is no longer guaranteed.
It is forbidden to photograph, film or record the performances.

The Management reserves the right to change the programme for reasons beyond its control.
Best seat reservation
With best seat reservation you opt for a seat category and select the desired number of tickets. Within the selected category, an automatic seat allocation takes place and you receive the best available seats. Numbered seats are usually next to each other.
Hall plan booking
With the reservation in the hall plan, the user selects his or her seats personally and precisely in the graphical representation of the hall. Start the reservation in the room plan and select a certain area. Here, seats can be selected with a click of the mouse. For some events, the reservation in the hall plan is not offered.
Selection of unnumbered seats
Seats are not allocated at the time of purchase.
We recommend that you follow the instructions of the reception staff.
Reduced tickets
Reduced tickets can often be booked, e.g. for children, students and senior citizens. These are shown at the time of purchase.
