LAC en plein air opens with contemporary Alpine sounds, featuring Föhn. The New Sounds of the Alps curated by ethnomusicologist Johannes Rühl.
The festival explores the relationship between folk music, the Alpine region and the transalpine space, with a particular focus on contemporary forms of Neue Volksmusik and the participation of Swiss artists and projects.
