A playwright and actress born in Trentino, she chose Milan as her artist residency. She graduated in Letters from the State University of Milan and graduated from the Accademia dei Filodrammatici. Soon she began to combine her work as an actress with that of a playwright: in 2009 she wrote Avevo un bel pallone rosso and won the Riccione Prize and the Golden Graal Prize. The work is staged by Carmelo Rifici with whom she begins a profound research that produces, over the years: L'officina, Chi resta, Il compromesso, Iphigenia, liberata, Macbeth, le cose nascoste, Processo Galileo, De Gasperi l'Europa brucia, for which she wins the Le Maschere 2024 Prize. Meanwhile, she writes, directs and performs Mad in Europe, which won the 2015 Scenario Prize and the Sonia Bonacina Prize. In 2019, the city of Trento awards her the Aquila d'Oro Prize for culture. Starting with her collaboration with ISI Foundation, Joint Research Centre in Ispra she explores the relationship between artistic and scientific method. During the pandemic she works on the editing of the LAC Lingua Madre digital project, winner of the Hystrio Prize and the Ubu Prize.
She works as dramaturg and author for directors Andrea Chiodi, Renato Sarti, Sandro Mabellini, Valter Malosti, Andrea De Rosa, Rubidori Manshaft, Serena Sinigaglia and for actress Carlotta Viscovo. He has several translations and adaptations of the works of William Shakespeare to his credit. In his artistic research he investigates language as a factor of identity and the relationship between the intimate and the political, topics on which he has created several projects and masterclasses at Teatro Franco Parenti, Proxima Res, Karakorum teatro, Matearium teatro, ERT, Luminanze, TrentoSpettacoli. His texts are published in Italy, France, Switzerland, Germany and Egypt. He works with important theaters such as LAC, ERT, Piccolo Teatro di Milano, Theatre de la Manufacture di Nancy, Teatro Stabile di Bolzano, Teatro Stabile del Veneto, CTB di Brescia.
