The Arts Meet School project aims to enhance the cultural experience in the school context, through a reflection given by the meeting between MASI Lugano and LAC and teachers from schools in the area (Elementary, Middle and High Schools).

During the meeting, the participants will have the opportunity to come together in a moment of reflection and exchange aimed at understanding the enrichment that the Museum and the Theater can bring to each individual, but especially to young pupils/teachers. To this end, two meetings will be proposed, dedicated respectively to the Theater (January 24) and the Museum (February 7). It is also possible to participate in only one of the meetings.

Reflection on the meaning and value of the Museum for the school will be accompanied by an introduction on the history of the museum, a guided tour of the museum rooms, and finally a moment of reflection that will end with the participants creating a kind of Manifesto. This will encapsulate the meanings and value that the museum can have in the experience of teachers today, with the aim of rediscovering what the value of cultural outings is for teachers, but also for pupils and students, and defining together how the museum can become a place of revolution, creativity, and rediscovery of hidden values.
