A creative workshop to express oneself through colors and materials.

An artistic experience dedicated to self-discovery and self-expression, using colors, materials and tools to be fixed on canvas.

Creativity is one of humanity's oldest forms of expression, a universal language that allows us to narrate emotions, experiences and identity. Through the artistic gesture, we bring to life a visual narrative that has been handed down for millennia, transforming into ever new forms and colors.

This workshop is an invitation to let go, to experiment, to play with matter to create a personal and authentic work. An opportunity to get in touch with one's inner dimension and give voice, on canvas, to one's uniqueness.

Federica Dubbini was born in Genoa and moved permanently to Bellinzona in 2008. With a degree in architecture, she decided to work early in the artistic field as a painter, photographer and illustrator. She later obtained her diploma as a Complementary Therapist at the Scuola Medico Tecnica and her diploma as an Art Therapist at the Istituto Ricerche di Gruppo in Lugano. Her certifications also include the Snoezelen Certification obtained at the Sfera Bianca Center in Cadempino, the Diploma in Tibetan Massage obtained at the Paola Pythoud studio in Arbedo and the Diploma in Harmonic Sound Massage obtained at Albert Rabenstein's Harmonic Sound Center. She works as an artist and art therapist for different age groups and collaborates with LAC, the Art Museum of Italian Switzerland and other museums as a cultural mediator, as well as a therapist and activities aimed at psychophysical well-being at her Centro Armonia in Bellinzona.
