The cultural center LAC Lugano Arte e Cultura received the "Exceptional" quality seal from the Swiss Location Award 2021, positioning itself among the best locations for congresses and conferences in all of Switzerland.
97 venues were listed for this year's Swiss Location Award in the "Congress and Conference Venues" category; of these, 11 received the “Exceptional” quality seal, including the LAC with 9.1 points. To meet the requirements of excellence, the infrastructures must have, in addition to a large hall, several adjacent spaces of smaller dimensions for workshops, meetings and coffee breaks, allowing the organization of medium and large congresses, as well as conferences and corporate events lasting one or more days.
