Ticket Office

Registration is required so that you can stay informed about the events you have purchased, as well as receive timely notifications in the event of schedule changes, cancellations, or postponements.
For more information, please see the Privacy Policy.

You can activate an account by registering in the designated area, by clicking “Login” in the upper-right corner of the navigation bar. You can also do this while making a purchase in the online store by following the instructions.

You can log in by entering your email address and password in the designated area and clicking “Log In” in the upper-right corner of the navigation bar, or you can do so during the checkout process in the online store.

You can click the “Forgot your password?” link; after entering your email address, you’ll receive instructions on how to create a new one. If this doesn’t work, you can send an email to [email protected] to request assistance.

When you log in to your profile, you can view the “User Profile” and “My Orders” sections. In each of these sections, you can edit your personal information, review your purchases, have your tickets resent to you, and cancel reservations for free events.

The voucher number must be entered in the designated field, which appears after you select your seats, during the order review and payment phase. If the value of the coupon exceeds the purchase amount, upon order confirmation, you will receive an additional coupon for the remaining amount to use toward another purchase. If you need assistance, please send an email to [email protected]

The discount code must be entered in the designated field, which appears after you select your seats, during the order review and payment process. Be sure to enter the code using uppercase letters and numbers, and complete the payment. Discounts cannot be combined and do not apply to tickets that have already been purchased.

Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer them to a third party; free tickets or those included in the LAC+ membership must be canceled if not used. For more information, please refer to the general terms and conditions of sale.

Each event has its own specific booking procedures; details are provided on the individual event pages.

By logging into your profile in the dedicated section of the website, in the “My Orders” box, you can cancel reservations for free events or those included in the LAC+ membership.

You can sign up for the waiting list located in the shopping area. If spots become available, those who have requested them will be notified by email, in no particular order.

You can make a change by paying an additional CHF 5.00 per ticket. Changes are only possible if seats are available. To make a change, please send an email to [email protected]

LAC+ members can modify their purchases for included shows by logging into their member portal.

You may only pay a price difference (e.g., upgrading from an Under-15 ticket to an adult ticket). You can complete this process at the LAC box office even on the evening of the performance, at least 45 minutes before it begins.

If no age restriction is specified on the event page, you may bring an infant into the theater after purchasing a reduced-price ticket. If the child becomes disruptive, staff may ask you to leave the theater.

Accommodations and Services

The LAC parking garage features automatic license plate recognition and offers several quick and easy payment options: the Parking Pay app, TWINT, credit or debit cards, or the self-service payment kiosks on the ground floor.
Thanks to the Parking Pay system, you can avoid lines and exit quickly after the show. If you’d rather not sign up for the app, you can scan the QR code printed on your parking ticket and choose your preferred payment method (TWINT, credit cards, Apple Pay, or Google Pay). Payment is authorized directly from your smartphone, without having to go through the payment kiosks.

The LAC also offers a flat rate for those parking their cars on the evening of the event: the ticket costs 4 CHF and can be purchased before or after the show at the designated ticket window.

The show's duration is listed on the event page. When viewing the page on a computer, the duration is listed below the ticket purchase icon; on a cell phone, it's at the bottom of the event page.

Luini6 offers the option to pre-purchase tokens, which make using the service easier:

  • White token (3 CHF): coffee, snacks;

  • Black token (5 CHF): soft drinks, beer;

  • Gold token (9 CHF): a glass of wine and/or prosecco.
