Everything you need to know to make the most of your LAC+ membership. 

Membership is personal
LAC+ is personal and non-transferable. It is intended for individual use or for a couple, if you have chosen the LAC+ DUO plan. Our staff may conduct random checks to verify proper use of the membership. 

Always reserve your seat
Your membership does not guarantee automatic access to performances: remember to reserve your seat. You can do this online by logging into your account, or by visiting or calling the box office.
If a performance has multiple showings, you may reserve a seat for only one showing.
With the LAC+ DUO plan, you are entitled to two seats. 

If you can’t attend, cancel your reservation
An unoccupied seat can be made available to someone else. If, after booking, you’re unable to attend, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible. You can do this directly through your account or by contacting the box office. 

In Case of Absence
We know that unexpected events can happen. However, when a reservation is not canceled, the seat remains empty, even if the show is sold out. 
After two no-shows without cancellation, you will receive a warning. In the event of a third no-show, a penalty equal to the discounted ticket price—which is 20% of the full price—may be applied.
We will always notify you via email before proceeding with any charges.

Purchase Shows
Not Included in Your Membership at a Discount Shows organized by the LAC that are not included in the membership can be purchased at a 20% discount for all LAC+ members and a 40% discount for people under 25 with LAC+ Young.
The discount applies to the full price and cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions.

Online Purchase
You can purchase LAC+ on the LAC website, in the "Membership and Subscriptions" section.

LAC+ and LAC+ DUO
After your purchase, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email; within two business days, you’ll receive confirmation that your account has been activated. From that point on, you can book tickets for shows included in your membership and purchase tickets for shows not included, taking advantage of the special discount. 

LAC+ Young
After purchase, you’ll receive a link to activate your membership. You’ll be asked to fill out a form and upload an ID to verify your age. The document will be deleted immediately after verification. Activation will take place within two business days. 

Gift
Option If you choose to give a membership as a gift, along with your order confirmation you’ll receive a digital gift card, which you can print or send directly to the recipient. To activate the membership, simply scan the QR code on the card. 

Purchase at the Box Office
You can purchase all LAC+ plans and the gift option directly at the box office. Our staff will be happy to help you choose the best option and complete your purchase. LAC+ plans are activated immediately: you can start booking shows and enjoying the benefits of your membership right away. 

Membership is valid for one year from the activation date. To continue enjoying the benefits, be sure to renew your membership before the expiration date. We’ll send you a reminder via email one month before the expiration date. You can renew your membership online or in person at the ticket office. After payment, your membership will be extended for one year starting from the expiration date.
