Whether you want to visit LAC Lugano Arte e Cultura with friends or family, attend a performance with your students, or host a corporate event, you’ll find plenty of opportunities here to experience art and culture firsthand.

High schools

LAC edu’s programs for high schools take the form of various types of collaborations: from opportunities to attend performances, concerts, lectures, and exhibitions, to projects aimed at enhancing the skills acquired in school. In our programs, we strive to listen carefully to the voices of our students. In addition, these programs can also address more academic needs in subjects such as art history, theater, and music. This comprehensive offering can be developed in collaboration with teachers, as well as with the students themselves, during their self-directed learning days.

Come whenever you like
The LAC is open Tuesday through Sunday:
Tue–Fri: 11:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.
Thu: extended hours until 8:00 p.m. (free admission to the museum starting at 6:00 p.m. on the first Thursday of the month)
Sat–Sun: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

An Open Space
In the Hall, in front of the ticket offices, you’ll find the LAC edu Table: a welcoming and creative corner where you can stop, draw, read, and spend time together in peace.

We’ll take care of your belongings
You can use the lockers to store bags and personal items. A coat check is also available; it’s staffed only during performances and concerts but is always accessible.

Strollers Welcome
You’re free to move around with your stroller throughout the LAC, or you can park it in the coat check.

Make Yourself at Home
On the ground floor, you’ll find restrooms equipped with changing tables; you can breastfeed wherever you feel most comfortable.

Snack Break
At Luini6, you’ll find sweet and savory snacks for the whole family; high chairs and adjustable seats for little ones are available upon request.

Accessible to Everyone All
areas of the LAC are accessible and equipped with elevators.
