All areas of the cultural centre are wheelchair accessible via ramps and lifts.
Two parking spaces for vehicles carrying disabled persons are located in the LAC parking garage on floor -2. The maximum height of the parking garage is 2m10.
A lift leads directly to Piazza Luini.
Vehicles accompanying groups of persons with mobility difficulties and disabilities are allowed to park near the entrance to the LAC, by announcing themselves in advance to

The Piazza Bernardino Luini stop (Line 1 and Line 4) is the closest to the cultural centre.
The Piazza has eight steps with handrails. The ramp to access the upper part of the Piazza avoiding the steps is on the left, coming from the lake.
A ramp is located to the left, next to the lift leading to the underground car park.
The entrance has two main doors opening outwards.
In the lobby, in front of the ticket counters, there are two lifts leading to the upper floors.
The buttons have raised lettering and Braille writing (Theatre Hall, Hall 1, 2, 3, 4, Mezzanine, Agora)
The upper and lower floors of the MASI are accessible via another lift, located near Restaurant Luini 6.
The LAC and MASI ticket offices are located in the hall on the right, behind the lifts leading to the upper floors.
The Sala Teatro, Teatrostudio and Sala 4 of the LAC are equipped with magnetic induction amplification systems.
Sala 1, Sala 2, Sala 3, the Hall, the Refectory Hall and the Chapter House are not equipped with this system.
More precise information will be provided by contacting the staff.
Guide dogs, assistance dogs and dogs for the deaf are welcome in the cultural centre.
Access to MASI is through the main hall of the LAC. This is located on the left-hand side. The Museum exhibition halls (floors 1 and 2) can be reached via escalators and/or a lift located in Restaurant Luini 6. The hall on floor -1, on the other hand, can be reached via two flights of stairs or the above-mentioned lift.
In the Theatre Hall, four seats are provided for persons with disabilities. Please inform the LAC staff member of the presence of wheelchairs when making reservations.
The toilets can be reached from the main hall of the LAC. Crossing the width of the hall and turning right, you walk along a corridor behind the stairs. You will reach the Women's (to the left of the corridor) and Men's (straight ahead) toilets. Each has wheelchair-accessible toilets.
In the MASI, the services are located on the 2nd floor and Floor -1, which can be reached by escalator or lift.
The public toilets are located on the corner of the Palace Café and the LAC and are equipped with the Eurokey system.
The Cultural Centre is equipped with two wheelchairs for public use. Their need must be notified in advance.

The accessibility sector of the LAC is committed to making its activities more and more inclusive. A person is on hand to facilitate visits to the facility, to exhibitions, to facilitate understanding of content and to organise changes to activities offered by cultural mediation. We also welcome projects for people with Alzheimer's and dementia.
