Nomadi, Italy’s longest-running band – second only to the Rolling Stones worldwide – return to the LAC with a concert celebrating the place where, for over sixty years, they have continued to express their true essence: the stage.

The story of Nomadi began in the early 1960s between Modena and Reggio Emilia, when Beppe Carletti and Augusto Daolio decided to form a band destined to become an indispensable chapter in Italian music. From their debut in 1963 to the present day, the band has continued to tour the country tirelessly, playing dozens of concerts every year and attracting a diverse following that unites different generations in what has long been called the ‘nomadic people’.
A pivotal moment was their collaboration with Francesco Guccini, which gave rise to songs that have entered the collective memory, such as Dio è morto and Noi non ci saremo, culminating in Io vagabondo, which has become a true intergenerational anthem. A history built on chart successes, tours, festivals, television appearances and over 54 releases, with more than 16 million copies sold.
Alongside their music, the Nomadi have always maintained a strong social and humanitarian commitment: from the Nomadincontro, created to commemorate Augusto Daolio, to the numerous charitable and solidarity initiatives that have accompanied the band’s journey.
Even today, they continue to look ahead: following the albums of new material Solo esseri umani (2021) and Cartoline da qui (2023), featuring contributions from Francesco Guccini, Luciano Ligabue and Giorgio Faletti, Nomadi confirm their ability to remain contemporary without ceasing to be themselves.
