THE GLOBAL TABLE LUGANO is an international event dedicated to the evolution of cuisine and the contemporary role of the chef.

Patronized by The Best Chef, the event brings together world-famous chefs who will share their stories through lectures, live techniques, and personal anecdotes.

A journey across cultures, passions, and territories to explore the evolution of the chef’s role and the future of taste, while highlighting the excellence of Canton Ticino and promoting dialogue between innovation, sustainability, and tradition.

In a single setting, chefs from around the world will present five exclusive masterclasses, offering the opportunity to discover the secrets and most authentic expressions of haute cuisine.
Each chef will reveal the secrets of fine dining and their creative vision through live demonstrations.
