Best seat reservation
With best seat reservation you opt for a seat category and select the desired number of tickets. Within the selected category, an automatic seat allocation takes place and you receive the best available seats. Numbered seats are usually next to each other.

Hall plan booking
With the reservation in the hall plan, the user selects his or her seats personally and precisely in the graphical representation of the hall. Start the reservation in the room plan and select a certain area. Here, seats can be selected with a click of the mouse. For some events, booking in the hall plan is not offered.

Free seat selection
This means that with your ticket you can freely select your seat according to local conditions. This is usually standing room, but in some cases seats are also available.
Seating or standing depending on availability
Mostly (but not guaranteed) seats are offered in this price category. Under certain circumstances, standing tickets are also available at the same price. In this context, it is unfortunately not possible to meet specific requests for standing or seated seats. A subsequent change of delivered admission tickets is not permitted.

Not available at the moment
Means that the ticket quotas we currently have are sold out.

No longer deliverable
Means that the event is imminent and the delivery of tickets is no longer possible. Some tickets may still be available at the box office.

Only 1 selectable ticket / single seat
Means that only single seats (not in succession) in the corresponding category can still be booked through the best seat reservation. Single seats are residual seats. Although available in large numbers, these seats are not in succession. Through the reservation in the hall plan there may still be seats available in succession.

Reduced tickets
Reduced tickets can often be booked, e.g. for children, students and senior citizens. These are shown in the seat categories. Under certain circumstances, the organiser also offers further reductions, especially with regard to seats for the disabled.
