A singer-songwriter, violinist, multi-instrumentalist and composer, Angelo Branduardi is one of the most original and recognisable figures in Italian music. After studying the violin at the Genoa Conservatoire, he embarked on a unique artistic journey, building a repertoire in which singer-songwriter music engages with early music, folk tradition and poetry.  
His compositions, often inspired by melodies and motifs from bygone eras, find a distinctive expressive power in their acoustic nature, capable of evoking atmospheres suspended between memory, storytelling and inner reflection. 
He will be joined on stage by Fabio Valdemarin, a highly experienced multi-instrumentalist and arranger who, throughout his career, has collaborated with numerous leading figures in Italian music, including Ornella Vanoni, Neffa, J-Ax and Fiorella Mannoia. Bound to Branduardi by a long-standing friendship and a well-established artistic rapport, Valdemarin will be the ideal partner for this special duo concert, in which the two musicians will take turns with ease between the violin, guitar, piano, flutes and other instruments, taking the audience on a journey through the most beloved pieces and the lesser-known works of Branduardi’s repertoire.
