The Oggimusica Meets Code festival brings an innovative structure for three-dimensional sound diffusion to the LAC in Lugano: a telescopic semi-dome covered in loudspeakers, designed by the Genoa Conservatoire. This structure will be used throughout the festival to create an immersive sound experience. The concert on 9 April will feature the performance of various electroacoustic pieces composed and performed by composition classes (teachers and students) and electronic music classes from various Swiss and Italian universities: the Conservatory of Italian Switzerland, the Conservatory of Genoa, the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, the ICST in Zurich and the Conservatory of Alessandria. An experience of total immersion in sound, in search of alternative narratives and imaginative spatial architectures.
