The Oggimusica Meets Code festival brings an innovative structure for three-dimensional sound diffusion to the LAC in Lugano: a telescopic semi-dome covered with speakers, designed by the Genoa Conservatory. This structure will be used throughout the festival to create an immersive sound experience. The concert on April 9 will feature the performance of various electroacoustic pieces composed and performed by the composition (faculty and students) and electronic music classes from various Swiss and Italian universities: the Conservatory of Italian-Speaking Switzerland, the Genoa Conservatory, the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts, the ICST in Zurich, and the Alessandria Conservatory. An experience of total immersion in sound, exploring alternative narratives and imaginative spatial architectures.
